  • Normally I am not a fan of this corporate mastodon but I needed to upgrade my laptop with some more memory. Sadly that did not work out as the memory was not capable with my computer. The Geek Squad was good to go both when I dropped/picked up and dropped/picked up again. Absolutely professional and were open and honest about not being able to fix my problem. Stopped in again last week to take care of some business with cell phone. Best Buy Mobile was top notch and even more helpful then my cell service provider! I was able to walk out with a new phone and switched over another phone with no hassle. Thank you Hana! This BB is conveniently located and believe it or not a much better shopping experience then other BB's in the valley.
