Carston from Palazzo's Laguna bar sent us here for lunch and said we would not be disappointed - and we were not. The menu was refreshingly different from what we've been seeing here on the strip.
I had the bacon, ham, egg, cheese sandwich on fresh challah bread with rosemary mayo and a side of tater tots.
Ron had the lobster rolls (also made with a beautiful challah-like fresh soft bread) he said they were orgasmic.
We also shared the phili cheese-steak dumplings (picture pot stickers) with a sraracha catsup sauce. These were EXCELLENT.
