  • A couple of really fantastic things about Hana Japanese Eatery... 1. Great service; I mean over-the-top friendly, helpful, efficient service. 2. Unbelievably delicious food; from the flavorful vegetarian gyoza to the delicately fried tempura, to the crispy tofu (oh my!) to the fresh (oh so fresh) sushi, right down to the warm and soothing bowl of ramen with perfectly cooked soft boiled egg and tender pieces of fresh pork. 3. Bringing friends to a Japanese Eatery who weren't totally onboard before we dined, but afterward swore it was amazingly delicious. 4. BYOB - saved a bundle on our own booze, and the wait staff served our own wine and beer as if it was their own. 5. No comparison anywhere that I have been previously. This place is just about perfect. I am not kidding. Thanks for the Yum!
