  • Love this place. You can make an appointment, they call you when your bike is ready, and you don't leave feeling like you've been robbed and maybe should start taking the TTC after all. Everyone here was super friendly, there was no up-sell pressure, and my bike tune-up was done a few days ahead of the scheduled time. I couldn't be happier. Switchback is now my go-to for both my roadbike and my hybrid.
