  • Stayed at one of their hotels for spring training in Scottsdale, Az. The hotel had roaches when I woke up in the middle of the night. The hotel was completely booked so I couldn't change rooms as much of the hotels in the area were. I tried to handle the issue with the local manager but they never got back to me after 3 attempts. Wyndham tried to offer me some measly points for my trouble but I refused. They finally offered only half of my money back because I stayed the whole night even though I was very limited on my choices if I left. From now on I will make sure I don't stay anywhere they are associated with.
