  • I reserved a vehicle due to mine being in the shop. I reserved it through hotwire. I went to this place and nobody was inside, "Isabella" was outside cleaning a car. Not once did she make contact with me to advise me she'll be with me. Once she did she became snooty because I handed her my debit card. She said she doesn't accept debit cards. Their policy is credit cards. I showed her my itinerary and she said, "I don't care, we don't honor debit cards." Needless to say, I will never use Thrifty or tell anyone to come here!! I was late for work and never got a rental.
