  • The worst moving experience! Was told we would be able to view our apartment prior to moving in, needless to say that didn't happen. In all actuality we couldn't even move in until 1pm our move in date. Delayed so much of our time. In addition, our place wasn't finished. Weren't allowed to use the shower/tub until the next day due to reprinting. Imaging that with a 4yr old and 1yr old. Also, we've asked maintenance to fix our AC, dish washer (which doesn't work and falling out), and sink drains. I expected way better. Management is subpar. They've treated these issues with little to no concern. Apparently maintenance came in our home and left an email claiming to have completed the task. They lied! They came 2 days ago and promised to come the next day and fix everything. They never showed up. I'm furious. But to top it off, they left our garage door wide open for anyone to come and take our valuables. We just moved in on the 26th. Why are we having so many problems? Best believe cooperate will be called, reviews will be posted and word will spread. This is absurd to have to deal with. I wouldn't recommend this place the way my family and I have been treated. On a positive note, Kasi was awesome. The one star is for her.
