| - My last experience with Taylor was wonderful...no complaints. I went a second time and had Lynn Q...I will never go to anyone other than Taylor ever again. They dont have air dryers for your feet and even after sitting through the longest gel mani ever, my big toes smudged in the car on the way home. My feet itched for days afterwards. For the mani, the tech did NOT know how to shape my nails. I told her to make them square shape, but when she filed the sides, she angled them in. You dont shape the sides pointy when someone asks for square. Then every single nail was crooked, all angled in the same direction. She told me she couldnt straighten the edges without filing the sides. After about 6 or 7 tries, and me telling her that I didnt think she knew what she was doing, I filed them straight myself. (I have a theory that some techs file your nails bad on purpose if they dont like you.) In the end, every single nail on my hand was NOT painted completely...the same side of every nail was missing polish (same side that she filed crooked, too). She never filed the edge at the end. As the nails started growing out I was able to see that she painted the cuticles on the other side of almost every nail. She didnt even trim the cuticles and hang nails, my fingers looked awful next to the polish. Even worse, two nails had bubbles in them. One she painted over, the other had a tiny hole in it. The lighting in there is bad on purpose...so you dont see the bad job until after you leave.
