  • Just an update because we had a little chip in our windshield repaired yesterday. The staff is professional, from the woman at the office who called to confirm the appointment to the technician (Keith) who worked on our car. Our window was 8-1. Yikes. We figured it would probably not be until at least 10. But at 7:53, Keith called to give us a heads up that he was about 20 minutes away. Great!!! Like I said in my first review of Safelite, this is unheard of!!! He was upfront about what was to be done and did the job within 20 minutes. It was so easy. And of course the best part was that they came to the house. Best customer service and overall satisfaction from any car-related service I've had in Cleveland.
