  • This was probably my least favorite National location. They don't have a "bypass the counter" service. The offered me a choice of 3 cars. Unfortunately the car I chose was at the farthest part of the outside lot and had ice and snow on it. It was actually in the return section. I noticed other cars inside the parking garage, but I guess they were reserved for others. The return process is manual. I was able to find a return spot that was a bit closer than the pick up spot. I never mind the walk, it was just the cold wind and snow that was an annoyance. You need to write your own return ticket to the contract and bring back to the customer service counter. The girls there were funny and friendly, but somewhat unprofessional.
