  • i will never use them again! you'd think i was a good client and they would want me as a client but they are crooks! i spent thousands for new units from them. then they tried to hook me on the service plan. it was $300!!!! like a dope i went for it. sure enough, the technician came and of course came down from the roof with 2 capacitors (??) and said these need replacement $300 as i remember. i screamed at him! why did he remove them? if i say no, he'll have to put them back. i can just imagine that happening. he lost my trust! all of a sudden he reduces the price to $150(+-). what a great discount! or was it. i felt so angry by this scam. i told him to do the replacement and when he finished i told him i will never use YES again. i never will. i am supposed to get another visit to check my units for the summer and i doubt they will refund some of my $300!! i'd be out of my mind to have them back. if there are people out there that can recommend a good honest air and heat professional, please let me know. don't buy into the service package, don'!. and if you have units on your rooftops don't let them go up to there to find something to bring down. these guys really are CROOKS!
