  • RoundPoint is GREEDY! I am representing a seller in a short sale and the property appraised at $215K. The seller is willing to pay $231,900 (OVER appraised value) and RoundPoint will not take any less than $248K. They are expecting me to sell a property for $33K more than the property is even worth! They are ALSO willing to let the property go into foreclosure and accept pennies on the dollar vs making this happen. I have never seen such an unwilling company. The loan is ALSO insured by the VA. The VA said their hands are tied on the matter. Unbelievable.
