  • Unless you are willing to pay a very high price for one of their most experienced staff, this place is not worth the cost. I called in to make an appt and since the girl I had gone to last time had left, I asked for a recommendation for someone who was experienced with highlights and cuts. I went in with completely natural color hair and asked for noticable blonde highlights with pictures of what I wanted. The girl ends up coloring my hair the exact same color as my natural hair color (except more copper toned) and the cut I probably could have asked my younger sister to do and she would have done a better job. Since I spent three hours in the salon, dropped $250 on this and walked out looking EXACTLY the same, i called back and asked to get it recone. They wouldn't let me see another stylist so I had to press my luck and go to the same girl. She ended up doing a decent job on the highlights, but for a high end salon like this one, you shouldn't need to go back a second time. I definitly won't be going back to this place again and in my opinion there are a ton of other salons out there that will do a better job for a much lower price!
