  • Overall, an experience that is usually annoying went much smoother than expected, enjoyable even. I've been eyeing a very specific 2016 Trail 4 Runner and between Jim and Lauri we were able to make a deal and go home very happy campers. The trade-in was very fair and customer service was outstanding. Shout out to Jason Komyatti in Finance for providing us with great information and shooing us straight. Lauri Vitali was exceptional and was very attentive and accommodating. Also, the names on the screens when your car is delivered is a great touch.
