  • Very poor customer service on the part of the sales department. I purchased a vehicle and scheduled an appointment the following day to take delivery. I arrived ten minutes prior to my appointment and found my new truck was unwashed and they could not find my paperwork. They finally found most of it and had to ask me a number of questions to re-create the forms they couldn't find. They told me there were a couple of people ahead of my waiting to close on their vehicles. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting and they had no idea when I would get into the finance office to complete the paperwork. I got in my old vehicle and left and they didn't even notice that I was gone for 45 minutes. I have bought nearly 40 vehicles in my life and this was the worst closing that I can remember. They have no idea how to honor an appointment!!
