  • Where to begin. This facility deserves five stars in every way. We toured the center two months before the arrival of our baby and pre-registered for the big day. Check in was a breeze. We were taken straight to our large and very private L&D suite. Our nurses, Dani and Shauna, were amazing. The level of care they provided was fantastic. They kept me and my husband calm, even during times of uncertainty. We had their full attention as I was their only patient. You see so many faces when having a baby but everyone was lovely. Our baby's nurse was sweet and tender with her and after the shift change, our new nurses were also wonderful. It was clear my doctor also had a good relationship with the staff. Everyone advocated for me which is indescribably important. We spent two nights in couplet care upstairs. Our little family cozied up and our room included a nice recliner that laid into a bed for the mister. Our baby stayed in suite with us the entire time and true to form, she and I received excellent care. Shout out to Wanda for being so supportive to this new mommy. Osborn also offers lactation consultations, both during the hospital stay and after discharge. I highly recommend welcoming your new bundle of joy at Osborn. Our experience was bliss.
