  • I called to order a strawberry passion cake. I was told by the associate that they usually require 24 hrs in advance to have a cake made from scratch but they had some ready made cakes that they can put writing on. When I arrived I was surprised to see an unfinished plane cake with the happy birthday writing. There were no strawberries on it. I asked can you finish the cake and she said well what do you want me to do. I said make it look like the picture, this is not a strawberry passion cake. The associate then pulled out some frozen strawberries and was asking me where to put it. What are you asking me for? Your the cake expert! Anyway, I was less than satisfied and will return to baskin robbins where I am never disappointed!
