  • There's a reason this company doesn't want any reviews on Google or Facebook. I called 4 times to pay my bill that I never received. The automated system was always unavailable and it said to call back at a different time. Once through an operator. But when they shut you off and call in the operator has a special automated system that adds $30 and works on the first shot. This is an example of a company that I trust way less than government or municipal services and that says a lot they make Cox APS Directv and almost every service look like finely tuned machines.
