  • Worst store ever! Moved into a new house near by & went there often for little things. Everything was fine until it came to big stuff. During our initial visit with internal contractor; we were shuffled around 3 times. And they kept calling to see if I wanted to do business with them. First clue should have been that we didn't call back! Special order blinds became a nightmare (twice) and everything time I call, I get hung up on at least 3 times before being transferred to the right dept. Miss real customer service, miss real people who care...
