  • I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews for Handy. I guess i lucked out, getting a great pro since my first appointment. Her name is Arlene T. She's done a great job every time. She brings all the products even though I have some available, comes on time if not early each time, reachable by text since before my 1st appointment, cleans things that I'm always too lazy to do, baseboards, shelves (actually picks up every item to clean the shelves instead of just dusting around them), my kitchen is always spotless, dishes washed if there's dirty ones left from the night before. She's very friendly and kind, even towards my little Yorkie, she brought her dog treats last time. She takes all my garbage out when she leaves. I left her alone to walk my dog or meet a friend. She's trustworthy. I was nervous before my first Handy appointment thinking that it's a stranger that I'm letting into my condo, but I'm glad Arlene was a pro. I tip her each time because I think she did a great job. She's very appreciative. I like the fact that now I can tip from the app, because I don't always have (exact) cash on me. Thanks Arlene!
