  • Awful customer service. I had to call the Allstate 1-800 number numerous times for any questions or concerns that I had.. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! There was no communication to me when my policy changed or went up in price , I would always find out only because I would see the larger amount withdrawn from my account . I was in one incident and I only received one phone call from the company throughout the whole process . This location is a bad reflection of Allstate because when I had to call the corporate 1-800 number they always gave me pleasant service. I will no longer be doing any business with Allstate in the future .
