I have been to other MVPs before and find that this location did none of the things that the franchise prides themselves on (no drinks, wifi, straight razor etc).
Im not sure if i got a new stylist or she was not having the best day but this is probably one of the worst hair cuts ive ever had! The cutting process was rushed (25 min for cut and wash) and not very enjoyable. She asked what size "guard" i wanted on the sides which i have been told by many stylist is not a good way to cut my hair because its thinning. I told her this but she was unable to cut it like every other stylist ive had for the past 2 years and decided to use the clippers. The clippers she used were bulky and she needed two hands in order to hold it up. This made it very difficult to control and got a couple good pokes in the back of the head. Once i left i realized she hadnt showed me the back and it wasn't till i got home that i realized that the back was not straight.
If an establishment such as this would like to charge top dollar then they should provide quality service. I would of been better off going to first choice!
