This place is HORRIBLE!!!! GO ELSEWHERE. Here is a list....avoid Emergency Animal Clinic. http://vetneuro.com/Resources/Links/tabid/4182/Default.aspx They ONLY want your money. They are completely desensitized. They gave my dog (5# chihuahua) three times IV medication he needed and he acted strange afterwards. He stayed the night and he was no better off when I picked him up. They charged me almost $1000 in the end for basically 4 drug injections (one drug they used 3 times the amount they were supposed according to the neurologist) and a one weeks prescription and a blood test. I had to prepay which I don't mind, but after I pre-paid $1116.26 they came in with more possible charges to resuscitate. So, I paid a ridiculous amount of emergency fees and critical care fees and they were not going to even give compressions if his heart stopped without charging me an addition $500. They originally tried to get me to pay for a $1600 treatment plan. I had to try to figure out what was really needed to get my bill down when I was in a state of distress from the trauma we just went thru. The last thing a person needs is to be swindled in their time of despair. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
