  • Frys 1835 E Guadalupe Rd (S McClintock Dr) Tempe, AZ 85283 United States. Came into the store for the fifteenth millionth time to do average shopping and cash small change check. Tony tried to cash a check but would not run my driver's license through the machine, would not put the paper check through the machine and hadn't initially ask for valid Identification. As he were pretending to data enter the routing and acct number of the check, he kept saying, "I was an employee of KROGER/FRYS and there is an Identity error. My response was to stay calm and call his BULLOGNE out. I have responded to him, " I have never worked for ANY grocery nor RETAIL outfit in my entire LIFE!!. He responded as if he was some kind of reptilian - Archon demon, "You are an employee with identity errors", call Kroger customer service or Century check verification. Instead of calling this indian out of his impartial judgement, i had decided to play this bigot's game. I asked him." What makes you think that I am an employee of Kroger or Frys?" Like the devil he is kept responding, "You are an employee of Kroger's with an identity error." So I went into a near by corner to call Kroger and Century. Century tried to trace the transaction and could not find one. So that response told me to go back and get a manager and file a complaint. I had went back into the store, returned to Customer service, told the next representative, "You are going to cash this check with very little interruption, I have called century and they could not trace Tony's so called transaction". Therefore she (the 2nd Cust Service Rep, responded and said ok. I dont know what went on. All I heard was him telling you he could not cash it. I told her, "If you cannot cash it, then get a manager ASAP. She called the manager by the name of Fernando". After I told Fernando what happened, he kept saying uh huh, uh huh as if he was reactive. I told him I will keep coming back here and I will document his behavior until he is REPRIMANDED. This is not the last time for this store. Since I was partially treated and mishandled badly to apply the least, I will keep coming back and will complain to corporate headquarters until this guy is gone.I am taking this complaint to the top, which is Kroger Headquarters.
