  • First impressions are everything, right? Well, Kenny gives the best first impressions. Within 20 minutes of my calling him, he was standing at my front door with a smile on his face, ready for action. When quoting me the price, he noticed our sprinkler system was drowning the lawn and went straight to the timer and fixed it as we talked. I had just bought the house and the yard was more than neglected, so he told me to not expect a huge improvement until the third or fourth visit. So the day prior to our first visit, Kenny texted to remind me his team was coming (#customerserviceftw) and true to form, they came right on time. Now I've only told Kenny this, but he undersold me--he said we wouldn't see a huge difference and, boy, was he wrong! The team went to TOWN on our backyard. I just one visit, it looks absolutely incredible - from the lawn to the flower beds to the TREES! They trimmed my tree!! Not only that, but there was apparently a busted sprinkler head. Yeah, they replaced it. I am over the moon with how great the service is with this team. Thank you, Kenny and your team! It's hard work what you do and you guys go above and beyond.
