"We have a broken washing machine (has been broken since we moved in), clogged sink, and a backed up sewage system that has not been repaired. Our house and garage smell like sewage. They do not answer the emergency line (why even call it an EMERGENCY line?!), do not return messages left on the emergency line, and do not return phone calls in general in a timely fashion. Our house has become unlivable and they are doing nothing about it. Do NOT rent from this company."
I will only add to this to say that, at this point, it's as if they WANT the house to get damaged so that they can pin it on us. Maybe it's the fact that we are younger and look like we could be taken advantage of. Who knows. However, nothing that has happened has been our fault - but the damage is still piling up because 1) it's not our owned house and we can't fix it and 2) they won't help or even TALK to us. Honestly, we're all scrambling to stay at different places lately because the house is, as stated above, unlivable right now. I truly do not understand how a company, or any person at all, could treat customers and clients so horribly.
