  • is it just me or this place has come to an end.. the old managers are far more better than what they have now.. first of all none of them knows their store coupon rule.. they are making so many excuses and new "rule" not to accept coupon.. none of the staff knows that they get reimburse for all the coupon they accept 3 times the value... SMDH.. i coupon to save and i coupon for my kids.. not because i just want to coupon for the heck of it.. 2nd.. you cant find any happy employee with a smile.. everybody from this store are so depress of some sort.. i cant shop like that.. 3rd.. cashiers are talkin about their problem to a guest.. first of all if you dont like youre job, being on the clock isnt the best time to talk about it while the rest of the people can hear your rant... if you dont like your job... QUIT! you chose customer service as your line of work, youre not in the corporate office to be acting like everything is not workin on your behalf.. and lastly.. bring the old team member back from a year ago.. those guys are the reason why me and my wife keep coming back to this store.. i guess not anymore..
