  • By far the worst experience ever! First off.... we had the elevator booked for 9 AM for the movers not to even show up. Called to see where they were and they apparently had problems with the truck. After multiple calls... they finally showed up at 3. I had a quote in writing of 210 cash for the move. The movers refused to accept that and said because it was the end of the month and there was a 4 hour minimum... we ended up having to pay them 350. Not much you can do but pay when you have no back up plan. We get to the new house and the movers refused to move us in because there was snow on the ground and they had to go up 2 steps up into the house. We ended up moving ourselves in with them helping. Next time we will go with a moving company that's a little more middle of the road as opposed to the cheapest company out there (that didn't end up being the cheapest in the end with them over charging, but definately the worst). Do yourself a favor and skip this company. They were absolutely awful. Emailed them and and tried to figure out why we weren't told the right price and heard absolutely nothing back even from the office. It's obvious the whole company from front to back is crocked!
