Before CYC, I had a real problem with pushing myself to go workout. All of the instructors are great. The staff gets you so excited to be there and they make you work. Even if you think cycling isn't for you, give it a try. The only thing you have to lose is 45 minutes and a whole lot of sweat. I won't lie, it's pricey but I'm willing to pay for something that makes me feel great about myself and that is fun!
