We were shopping in Southpark Mall when we walked by this place. The owner was able to take me immediately for a pedicure although I was a walk in without an appointment. I didn't catch the name of the girl who gave me a pedicure. She didn't introduce me to the types of pedicure that they had to offer so I had to ask myself. She proceeds to give do the basic while I skim my options. I opted for the deluxe pedicure with an upgraded 10 minute foot massage. She did a mediocre job, you could tell she was newer even though she insisted she's been working here for 5 years. She asked if I wanted anything to drink and I replied sangria she never brought me one. However she was super sweet and accommodating to my toddler who was eating a lollipop (hot towel to clean up his little hands). She had me dip my feet directly into the paraffin container, very unsanitary. The correct way would be to pour a scoop into the plastic bag and have me put my feet into the bag, not dip into a container full of paraffin where so many other hands and feet will go into. The massage was mediocre. The lady next to her said she doesn't like extra massages, hurts her hands. My girl replies in Vietnamese that it's her shot nerves that hurts her. Ok.... now I feel bad I even asked! Polish was ok, although I had to ask for a third coat for a more even coverage and for her to clean up my cuticle area of excess polish. No toe separators just paper towel that they sandwich between your toes.$45 pedicure and $12 tip later I don't think I'll be back on my next visit to Charlotte.
