I love this studio; it feels like coming home! I've visited several other studios in the city including Iam Yoga (hi Ian Batt!) 889 Yoga and Moksha Yoga Danforth; Kula Yoga Annex has been my absolute best yoga experience so far. In the past week, I've been to 3 classes in the main larger studio and more intimate space, Kula Too (2 of these classes were hot yoga - incredible!). Chrys and Lesley are amazing teachers and their classes have candles and/or calming, meditative music to help ease your body into the flow. I just purchased one of their $30 for 30 days passes which is an incredible deal. They have a changeroom for men, women and a gender-neutral space to give individuals more privacy if they need it. The two showers are stocked with complimentary nicely scented herbal mint shower gel and there are two bathrooms. It's a clean, gorgeous studio about a 5 min. walk from Spadina subway with an accessible, friendly, down-to-earth vibe, open and welcome to the diverse Toronto community. And where else are you going to find a high-quality, no-attitude yoga studio offering several types of classes a day for $8 or $5? Check out their online schedule and try a class today; your entire being will thank you for it! Highly, highly recommended. :)
