  • Scott has been our plumber for almost ten years now. We first got him out of the phone book. He has done a good amount of work for us over the years and always does a great job for a good price. A prior review commented that he did not call back quickly enough. It is true that he sometimes takes a little longer to call back than a big company who has professional answering services and schedulers - but that's because he is a one-man shop and does all his own scheduling - which is how he keeps his overhead and therefore prices low. Once the appointment is made, he always responds quickly and gives you the same courtesy he gave the last customer by not constantly answering his phone while out on your call. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott. He is personable and knowledgeable. I trust him in my home (and I'm not very trusting with tradespeople in my home!). I have had nothing but good experiences with Scott and highly recommend him.
