Interesting that i would finally have someone at planet fitness respond to this mess....but you see, I did bring in my bank statements at the time, and I was ignored. My bank did investigate this matter, and I was reimbursed. I no longer have a membership at Planet Fitness,I goto LA fitness and honestly, if Planet Fitness didn't care about the half a dozen times I brought this to their attention, why care now after you lost our memberships already? When I raised a stink about this to one of your associates, she literally asked me...do you have a yelp account? I said no, and she proceeded to shoo me off as a nuisance. It's literally been 5 months, and I did not forget how I was treated. Planet Fitness does have a reputation for charging multiple times, but I had signed up anyways under The assumption a responsible business owner would catch and correct something like that. Now I just recommend LA fitness to people. At least they dont mess up on the billing.
