  • AllCity took grossly unfair advantage of my elderly parents, who contacted the company on my behalf (since I do not live in Las Vegas) to re-key the locks on a home that I own in Las Vegas. At the conclusion of its work, my 94 year-old father tendered in good faith a check from me to AllCity in the amount of $411.67, the amount requested by the company. When my parents informed me of the foregoing, I was shocked at this exhorbitant charge. Thereafter, my parents conferred with three competitors and learned to their dismay that AllCity assessed a charge that was MORE THAN DOUBLE the quotes provided by the three competitors for the same services. Fortunately, I stopped payment on the check but my subsequent efforts to resolve this dispute were met with vile threats from the owner of AllCity. Not surprisingly, a check of the Better Business Bureau records reveals that AllCity has an "F" rating from the BBB due to the company's failure to respond to complaints regarding "dishonest sales practices." Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!
