  • Very disappointed with the points system. I'm not sure if the staff aren't entering it or if there's an issue with their system. I've had issues with it the last couple of times I go. The staff rarely remember to tell you how many points you have after your purchase so you usually can't tell if they added it. I purchased 2 drinks recently and only got 1 point. I only needed 5 more points to get elite. I went twice this week and bought 4 drinks total and only ended up with 2 points. I should have elite by now but with the way I'm missing points, I would probably have to buy 10 more drinks just to get my last 3 points. Very disappointed.
