  • I would never use this company again. Though I initially received good customer service when securing my initial quote, everything else has been mediocre at best. The movers were one hour late, which made me late for work. They broke so many of my things, and most of it came from just plain negligence. When delivering my items, they actually hired people from Craigslist! The craigslist people were actually more professional than their driver. It then took almost four months to receive a reimbursement check for all the items they broke and it only paid 60 cents per pound. The only professional person was Lina in the accounting department, who was always pleasant. The rest of them need a refresher course on how to treat customers. In hindsight, I would have paid more money and used a better company, because it cost me money in the long run.
