  • What a disappointment it was when Savers pulled out of the West Towne Mall area & decided to have just one location in Madison. (Note to Savers: Please come back to the west side!) Anyway I always mange to find something of good quality and gently used that I am usually thrilled with. I haven't have any rude encounters with any of the cashiers, but then again I'm not expecting stellar customer service, I'm here for the deals! The parking lot could be a little cleaner (An 18 wheeler was open in the back and clothing was spilling out on to the ground.) and be larger, as it is difficult to maneuver around with it packed with cars. I've found the consignment shopper's don't pick the place clean like they do the local Goodwill store. Maybe because the prices are a little bit higher.
