  • Original review: Non responsive. If you don't want the business just tell me. When I called the main line a voice message (Hank?) asked me to go to the website "for faster service" with 24 hours response. On Friday I posted a very specific request with location and my needs ... now Monday afternoon and still no response .... Editing rating to five stars after follow up - Now changing my original low rating above to five stars. Hank got back to me a couple of days later and apologized for delay. We emailed back and forth on my specific job request and pricing. His crew came out on 3/15 and did a great job for a very fair price. I'm now recommending Green Goat - just be aware that it's a small outfit and you may not get a response in 24 hours ...
