  • My washer and dryer has been broken for awhile so I've been frequenting this establishment. The owners are always nice. I have to say the staff is always nice as well until today. There was a different female( I won't say lady because she was rude). I needed change for a 20 and she was ignoring me while she continued to fold clothes. She finally looked at me after I had been staring and said give me a minute while she continued to fold a shirt and watch tv. She gave me all 5s so I requested at least 5 one dollar bills. She muttered something under her breath so I said excuse me. Her response was 'I'm getting it..give me a minute'. This person was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's quite obvious she hates her job and one has to wonder, why bother showing up. I'm still going based on past experiences. If the owners happen to read this, please inbox me and I'll describe the employee that I'm referencing.
