  • I made an appointment online, provided all the informations: Car Model, Service I need(Wheel Balancing). I showed up on time, checked in, and they told me they should be able to finish it in 2 hours. Then 1 hour later one guy told me they ran out of something(I don't remember what was that exactly) and they need to ask me for permission to do the balancing as they could potentially scratch the rims. Ok at least they further asked me for permision instead of blindly do the balancing and pretend they didn't scratch the rims(lots of places like to do that). Glad they double checked, that's why I give 2 stars. Other than that it's a total waste of time. They should have let me know what's going on earlier instead of letting me wait for more than 1 hour. And at the end there was not even an appologies. Could have been more professional.
