  • So I had some trouble a couple of years ago. In which I filled a drain when I shouldn't have and I noticed when my old water heater was leaking out of the evacuation pipe. They did fix it and left the $15 off magnet on the water heater. Upsold me on some plan that stated in 2 years they would come out an check the whole houses plumbing. I've waited 2 years to say this. It was a rip-off. No one has contacted me to schedule an appointment. Don't buy what you don't have to!
