  • I recently took a pair of very nice Chloe leather boots to be repaired. The leather had ripped on one side and the soles need to be replaced. He told me he would be able to repair my boots within a week, and thoroughly explained what he would need to do in order for the boots to be wearable again. He quoted me a more than fair price for the work. He was very knowledgable and I put my faith in him. The boots came out FANTASTIC. They are just as beautiful as the day they were purchased almost 10 years ago! I am so pleased and looking forward to wearing them again this winter. I also took in a suede purse to be cleaned. Again, the owner is very knowledgable and informed me that he could not clean it correctly because he didn't have the proper machine. I appreciated him being honest, and not trying to clean it and then ruining my purse. I went in to pick up my boots and the owner was pleasant and friendly. I even FORGOT my ticket, and he made ZERO fuss about it. Just asked for my phone number in found it right away. I will recommend this shop to my friends and family!
