A month ago I posted a positive review here, based on promises by Courtesy to iron out problems with the Suburban we bought. Well, the promises turned into lies and Courtesy is going to get a devastating review for it.
In particular sales manager Barry Bowman, who went out of his way to erase any follow up sales gal Sarah Brown was willing to do. He simply ignored the 15-day warranty we had in writing and refused to do any repairs that occurred right after the sale.
A broken window, engine warning light coming on, loose panel, broken mirror. We were lucky Brown had ordered a replacement mirror without Bowman's knowledge or he would have denied that too, which he later admitted in a meeting.
How this guy still has job here tells you what kind of business Courtesy runs. Even the final paperwork was done so deceptively that you hardly knew what you were signing. Anthony (forgot last name) made sure that we were overwhelmed with the avalanche of papers he buried us with and went through them lightning fast to make us lose track.
We're just hoping now that the car will last awhile, before we trade it in at a trustworthy dealership. It won't be Courtesy obviously. They should be avoided at all costs! Perhaps a tip for them to reassess their name: instead of Courtesy something like 'Deception' would be much more fitting... Nothing courteous about this place!
