I went in knowing what type of vehicle I wanted but not being certain when or if I was ready to purchase. I had an appointment with Scott and another salesperson brought me in and informed him I was present. I was offered water numerous times, but I declined. He brought the vehicle to me and we went on a test drive, I warned him that although I wanted a manual transmission that I hadn't driven one in a while. I promptly stalled twice, but he never batted an eye or made me feel uncomfortable. We went through the neighborhood first, so I could get comfortable and we had a nice chat about the vehicle and some get to know you stuff as well.
He's been in the business over 30 years. His office space wasn't personalized, but he is a stand up dude. He walked me through the process and explained everything to me. Once I moved forward, I was transferred to Mike for the financial portion. He was equally as friendly and easy to deal with.
Then it was back to Scott to deliver the vehicle to me. He actually set up the Bluetooth for me and explained the basics of the car from back, to drivers side on around to the passenger side.
Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. The young lady at the front even exchanged niceties while I was waiting.
