  • If there could be zero star option, I would have picked that. I lived here when I first moved to Henderson and the staff was friendly at first then as time went by they wernt rude persay, but just ignored my questions all together. I had an apartment at the perimeter of the complex closest to the street on GV and I came home to a broken into apartment. When the police arrived he told me the locks on my doors are way outdated, he wiggled one of his own keys and the door easily opened. I was amazed!! I complained to the front office and they did nothing!! They didn't even give me a new lock. My downstairs neighbors would have loud parties and be smoking illegals on my stairs and by my door way. I put several complaints in but received no help. The apartments themselves are outdated and things break easily. They always charge you $50-$100 more for their 'upgraded' appliances. And by upgraded they mean made in the early 90's. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Was happy to leave.
