Worst experience ever. One delay after another. Some justified. 2 hours late boarding plane where we sat and sat. People started getting off plane. No announcement made to what was happening. Finally said if we wanted to get off we could but not if we were still
Getting back on. We received texts on our phones flight cancelled and flight attendants said still they didn't know. No one directing us and I waited in a counter line 20 minutes to be told we needed to go to Customer service, we were blocking people trying to board the plane they just took us off of. Ran to a ticket counter and was put on a flight to Texas... home is San Diego, to sleep in Dallas airport to leave at 8:20 from Texas. No compensation, no room , just a 5 hr. wait of incompetence. NEVER FLYING AMERICAN AGAIN
