| - Absolutely exquisite. This is such a beautiful hotel. The attention to detail can be seen all the way down to the floorboards, but you've probably read similar feedback in other reviews.
For me, the restaurants are separate entities and should be reviewed as such. What's more fun to note are the little bonuses you get as a hotel guest that may not have been mentioned:
On certain chillier nights, you can make your own smores (at no charge) at the outdoor fireplace by Crave Cafe. We had, uh, a few, just a few, while we were there.
There's also a card in your hotel room that gives you a complimentary cup of gelato from Crave Cafe! So after you've indulged in the free sweets, get your butt up to the 24-hour fitness center with free exercise classes and top-of-the-line equipment. Each treadmill, bike and elliptical even has its own TV with headphones. I actually used a machine for a whole hour because I wanted to finish the show I was watching. What?!? A whole hour? That's so un-me! After you've sweated it out at the fitness center, you get full use of the spa facilities (sauna, steam room, etc.)
The property is so huge, they also offer bicycles that you can use to explore the grounds.
While there is no mint on my pillow after the evening turn-down service, the rooms come with a Keurig coffee machine that carries those fancy schmancy single-cup coffee capsules that surprisingly turns out decent coffee. If you're like me, I pack my own tea bags for fear they'll give me only Lipton. Nope, even better - you get Mighty Leaf.
Hope I didn't take all the fun out of discovering these things for yourself.
