I've been to Yoli's several times and had a great experience during those visits. Today on Memorial Day, I went to have breakfast there and you could tell their waitering staff was undermanned. I had the corned beef hash and eggs over medium with a coffee. My cup went empty a couple of times and I had to wait for a while each time to get refilled. I understood since they seemed understaffed. When I got my breakfast I first noticed that there really wasn't much corned beef in the corned beef hash, but mostly potatoes. It was salty and the food had an egg stink to it. I tried the eggs and they were undercooked and had a funny smell to it as well. I pushed the plate away from me and closer to the edge of the table to indicate there was something wrong. One of the girls running the pay counter brought us our bill about 2 minutes after we got our food. She saw that my plate was full and pushed to the edge but just walked off.
My waitress comes by much later into the dining experience and asks as if irritated, "What's wrong with it?" I thought she might even take a bite of it herself and shove back at me saying "tastes fine to me!" She took the plate away in disgust and didn't even ask if I'd like it remade or another item. The same girl who dropped off the first bill came by just as impersonally as before and dropped off the check with my food order removed, but no comp for my coffee." I went up to the cashier to save time and it's the girl who dropped off the check. She has the nerve to ask me, "Did you enjoy your meal?" Really?!!!?! I told her bluntly, "No, I did not." I don't know what happened to this place, but my previous experiences here were very friendly and just what you'd expect from a mom and pop establishment. I'm disappointed and don't feel comfortable bringing my family here again.
