  • The customer service with this company is beyond horrible!! I would definitely give zero stars if I could! After receiving my quote I scheduled for an appointment. When the lawn tech arrived, I noticed he left the yard a mess! All the leaves and the leftover debris were everywhere and nothing was blown away. The grass wasn't edged and the bushes weren't trimmed either. I contacted customer service and it was a joke! It took them 7 days before the tech came back just to edge the grass and trim the bushes. After it took A WEEK just to finish the job that should've been done the first time, I noticed when trimming the bushes he trimmed and broke off my sprinkler system. The watering system was spraying against the house! I had to turn off my sprinklers and contacted customer service once again. The customer service again was not helpful. I explained the situation and no remorse was given or any help for that matter to try and solve my situation. They tried to have the lawn tech come back to fix the problem but he was in surgery and can't work until recover. I asked if they could find someone else to come fix the problem and when they found someone the tech rescheduled for a later time. It's all in all so frustrating! This first time job is still in process! Ridiculous!! Every time I try to call customer service they never seem to help, call back, or solve the problem like they say they would! You're better off with another company!
