  • We called this place based on the positive yelp reviews. Person arrived right at the end of the planned window, we thought he was going to be late. Our front load washer wouldn't drain. We tried everything based on youtube videos and it seemed the pump wasn't working right. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue (yes it was the pump) and said first he should clean it out. He used a vacuum to clean it and said it should work. 15 mins max from beginning to end for $225. Honestly I feel completely ripped off. We were told if it has a problem in the next week or so then he would order a new pump for about $175. Installation would be free due to this first visit. Why would we be charged for future labour that may not be necessary? I recommend finding someplace else for your appliance repairs.
